What kind of supports can I get while I am learning and/or using the On-line training system?
• Student Tutorials:
- Including “System FAQ’s” to help you understand the training system;
- A “Virtual Campus Tour” of the entire On-line training system;
- A “Grade Book” to help you keep track of your progress through the training system;
- Immediate “Certificate Printing” upon completion of courses.
• A “Support Center” to help you navigate the system:
- “FAQ’s” – Allows you to view questions and answers about common problems encountered by other
users;
- A “System Check” to assure your computer system has the necessary software to efficiently use the
courseware offered;
- “How to Contact Customer Service” – if you can’t find answers you need in either of the two FAQ's areas.
• Are there Course/Class supports?
- A Course Catalog listing all of the Initial CDA (120 hrs) classes; the CDA Renewal (45 hrs) classes; and
the Completer CDA (45 hrs) classes; including the Course Description, Objectives, and Duration;
- A Glossary Of Terms used in each course;
- References – Documentation and Referencing of the materials used to develop each lesson;
- Resources – A list of Supplemental Information such as child activities for the classroom based on the
concepts you are learning.
