    Description: This course discusses disability laws and the elements of these laws that apply to child care. These laws
    include the Americans with Disabilities Act, Family Educational and Rights to Privacy Act, Rehabilitation Act of 1973,
    and Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. NOTE: This course focuses on children from birth to 8 years of age.
    Objectives:  RECALL the purposes of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. IDENTIFY aspects of Section 504 of the
    Rehabilitation Act of 1973. IDENTIFY elements of the Americans with Disabilities Act that pertain to early childhood
