C.A.R.E. stands for the Center for Advancement, Renewal, and Education.  The Center for
Advancement, Renewal, and Education was founded in 2000 by Susan Mogard to serve the
training/educational needs for early childhood programs, school-age programs, and their
families.

The
Center for Advancement, Renewal, and Education offers:
  • In-depth training specifically designed to address early childhood and school-age
    program educator competencies through:
  • On-site staff in-services personalized to meet needs of  individual centers   
  • Professional Days featuring guest trainers and speakers       
  • Retreats to promote a sense of community within a program
  • Director's seminars to offer support for administrators and to gain feedback for the
    type of training needed throughout the year
  • On-site parent education workshops designed to meet the program's needs
  • Consulting for programs serving children and their families
  • Collaboration with grant-funded projects.
