Susan Mogard, Director Susan Mogard has undergraduate degrees in Child Development and Elementary Education, and an M.S. in Human Development and Family Studies. She has been in the field of education for the past 28 years teaching in early childhood, elementary, and college settings, as well as serving as an administrator, author/editor, and consultant in education. She presently serves as an educational consultant promoting positive growth and development in children and adults who work and live with children.

Kimberly Mogard, Coordinator Kimberly Mogard has a B.S. in Psychology from Towson University with an emphasis on family and child development. Professional background includes serving as a lead teacher for children with autism, and as an assistant teacher in a Montessori School. Kimberly has also worked in the field of customer services. She presently is coordinator of programming for the Center for Advancement, Renewal, and Education. Kimberly also acts as an editor for C.A.R.E. publications and as a marketing specialist for C.A.R.E.4U programs.
