This package is offered for an annual fee of $1000 regardless of staff size. This fee entitles the center to the

Package II*
This package is offered for an annual fee of $700 regardless of staff size. This fee entitles the center to the
following for a twelve-month contract:

- Six clock hours of training to be offered on-site, topics to be offered based on individual needs

* Payment for each package is due at the beginning of individual contracts. Upon request, an individualized

**If travel is more than 30 miles one way from Myersville, MD there is an additional fee of $0.38 per mile.
